Philosophy
I believe that people make sense within the context of their lives.
Many of the struggles we experience are understandable responses to our experiences, rather than signs that something is “wrong” with us.
Therapy provides the opportunity to slow down, explore these experiences with curiosity and honesty, and develop deeper understanding of yourself.
At the centre of my work is the therapeutic relationship. I aim to create a space where difficult thoughts, emotions, and patterns can be explored openly, respectfully, and without judgement.
“Healing isn’t about getting rid of parts of yourself.
It’s about understanding them with compassion.”
