About Leanne
For over 20 years, I have worked with adults experiencing a wide range of emotional and psychological difficulties across both public and private mental health settings.
My work is grounded in a humanistic and experiential approach to psychotherapy and informed by a range of evidence-based psychological therapies. I believe meaningful change occurs through a strong therapeutic relationship combined with approaches that are responsive to each person’s individual needs.
My role is to provide a warm, respectful and collaborative space where you feel safe to explore the experiences, emotions and patterns that may be contributing to current difficulties.
Through feeling understood and accepted, people are encouraged to explore difficult experiences with curiosity, creating opportunities for new ways of understanding themselves and moving forward in ways that better support their wellbeing and relationships.
My aim is not simply to reduce symptoms, but to help you develop a deeper understanding of yourself, strengthen your relationships and move towards a more authentic and fulfilling life.
