Philosophy
“Healing isn’t about getting rid of parts of yourself.
It’s about understanding them with compassion.”
Many of the struggles we experience make sense when understood within the context of our lives. Rather than seeing difficult thoughts, emotions or patterns as problems to be eliminated, therapy offers the opportunity to approach them with greater curiosity, compassion and understanding.
At the heart of meaningful therapy is a safe, trusting and collaborative therapeutic relationship. Feeling genuinely understood creates the foundation for exploring difficult experiences, developing new perspectives and moving towards lasting change.
My work is informed by evidence-based psychological therapies that are thoughtfully tailored to each person’s individual needs, supporting both deeper understanding and meaningful change.
