I provide individual psychological therapy for adults from my practice on Glenferrie Road in Hawthorn and via telehealth.
Referrals under Mental Health Treatment Plans are welcome, for clients accessing Medicare rebates, as well as private clients who do not require a referral.

Referral suitability
My practice provides individual psychological therapy for adults and is not a crisis service.
I do not provide services funded through WorkCover, TAC, NDIS or Victims of Crime, or assessments and reports for Centrelink, legal, forensic or court related purposes.
If you are unsure whether I may be a suitable psychologist for your patient, you are welcome to contact me before making a referral.
How to refer

Give your patient my details
Your patient is welcome to contact me directly to enquire about availability and whether I may be a good fit for what they are looking for.

Provide a referral
For patients accessing Medicare benefits, please provide a valid referral under a Mental Health Treatment Plan and indicate the number of treatment sessions in the course of treatment.
The referral should include relevant clinical information to support continuity of care.

Send the referral
You are welcome to give the referral directly to your patient to provide to me.
What happens next
Once I receive a referral, I will review the information provided and confirm whether I currently have availability and whether the referral is appropriate for my practice.
Your patient can then contact me directly to arrange their first appointment.
Appointments are 50 minutes and are available in person in Hawthorn or via telehealth.
Working together
With your patient’s consent, I can communicate with your practice or other treating practitioners where helpful to support coordinated care.
For patients accessing psychological therapy through Medicare, I will also provide the required communication to the referring practitioner as part of the referral process.
